This Privacy Policy explains how DACCK Co LLC ("DACCK Co.," "we," "us") handles information when you visit dacckco.com, book a call, contact us, or buy from our stores, including DACCK Co Media and DACCK & Co.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business details, and the contents of messages or applications you send through our forms.
- Booking information: when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter and shares them with us.
- Order information: when you buy from one of our stores, our store platform and payment processor collect your shipping details and payment information. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical information: like most websites, our host and the services we use may record basic data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and provide the services you ask for.
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To send updates or marketing emails if you ask for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our sites secure and working, and to follow the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), scheduling (Calendly), calendar and email (Google), store platforms (such as Shopify and TikTok Shop), payment processors and shipping partners. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Client data in our marketing work
When we run marketing for a client, we may access that client's ad accounts, websites and booking tools. We use that access only to do the agreed work, and we treat the client's business and customer information as confidential.
Cookies and third-party content
Our website loads fonts from Google and may embed content such as videos or booking widgets. Those providers may set cookies or collect technical information under their own privacy policies. We don't currently use analytics or advertising pixels on this site. If we add any, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, we'll list them here first.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example tax and order records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
Children
Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
